For my Project 'Patatje Speciaal', I delved into the complete production process of Patatje Speciaal (fries with mayonnaise, curry sauce and chopped onions). 

This resulted in three works:

 

• 'Patatje speciaal' / ceramics on wood / 120 x 84 cm

• Menu / print on paper / 30 x 40 cm: all the ingredients of Patatje Speciaal are mapped in this card, along with their place of production. Designed in collaboration with graphic designer Lindy Hengst.

• Performance 'Twister Fries - the special edition': where all 55 components of Patatje Speciaal are made visible on a Twister mat. Designed in collaboration with graphic designer Dionne Mokkenstorm.
